So i have come to the point where i feel the need to make a major mod (more visual than actually functional...well at least for now)
I've owned the jkur for about 6 months now and its killing me to not have done anything with it as of yet.
It has a 2.5 TF BB and all of the Rubicon goodies Laughing
I need help deciding between all the things i would like to do with about $600 now and maybe a few houndred more in a few weeks:
1-go up to 35" tires (current 32" bfg mt's have about 30-40 % life left)
2- PSC brawler lite w/skid front bumper (would this create excessive front end sag/rake due to factory springs) - this would be used not at retail price
3- PSC rocker gaurds or Metal Cloak rocker guards (so far im thinking of getting MC flat fenders but that will bay way down the road)

should i get rid of the BB spacers and upgrade to TF 2.5 inch springs or any other recommended brand?
if i could get 2.5 inch springs with the discounted PSC bumper at a total of about 500-600 then i should probably do that?
any other suggestions?

Eh, my vote goes to bumpers and skids. From an appearance point, they're the most noticeable next to lift and tires, and at 2" of BB, going to 35s isn't going to look drastically different.

Bumpers were the first things I did. Totally changed the look. One of those "reasons to look back at it in the WalMart parking lot" instigators.

Yeah, front winch bumper, even if you don't have the winch yet (assuming you plan on getting one down the line). Definitely a visual biggie (if that's what you're going for) and you can improve your approach angle.

Bumpers and skids are the thing to do first and then you can evaluate your lift height needes to compensate for the weight that you put on with all of the armor, because you don't want to do this twice/three times as many of us have.

A winch, winch plate and bumper can weigh as much as 200 pounds and that makes a big difference inride height and ride quality.
Don.t forget that you need to take into account the added rear bumper,  skid plate, and over sized spare tire weight.

Haha yea. Its was up for sale on craigslist picked it up on saturday for 400 . The original powder coating had been roughed up from PO trail wear and tear. Yesterday with the warmer temps I sanded and primed any exposed and surface rust sections then a few coats of spray paint and then two final coats of black gloss to finish it off.
This ahould hold it until i can figure out somewhere to get it fully sanded down to bare metal and prof. Painted
