I am trying to fined a good performed chips to put in my jeep as I am going need one when I put a lighted and bigger tire ok my 2009 wrangler sarah

I assume you mean that you need a tuner because you will be upgrading you tires. I use the Flashcal since it also reads any DTC codes from the ecu but many like the AEV Procal

amazon or any other jeep/4x4 vendor..maybe even craislist
note: if you do get one from craigslist make sure its been reset/unpaired from the previous vehicle it was used on.

35" seem to the most popular. you can certainly go bigger but you should look at your options based gearing (mpg's) and axle protection (gusset/truss) as bigger tires will require more work to have the same daily 'driveability/functionality'
