This is what I needed for my 2003 TJ.

74-xHP: Wedge Base LED Bulb-74-BHP: Blue, for Instrument Cluster. You need (5) bulbs.
NEO4-B: 4mm NEO4-x Blue, for HVAC Controls You need (3) Bulbs. (Rotary Style Knobs)

I know for the slider control HVAC you need different bulbs. I can't find what they are at the moment.
