New guy from Norway
Hi there!
New member from 69`N in Norway here.
Just bought a 2001 TJ, 2,5l manual transmission.
The "official" reason for me bying a Wrangler is all the snow and hills here in in Tromsoe
The real reason is simple; its a fun car with lots of DIY possibilities.
The last two years i built my own campervan on a European Ford chassi, so no its time to scale down and go for a Jeep
Excited as he...
Regards
Tor

Re: New guy from Norway
Greetings! How did you find us? This group is made up of folks from the state of Massachusetts for the most part. I imagine the 4-wheeling over there in Norway is a different beast. More Samurais and non-Jeeps. Anyhow, thanks for popping in and introducing yourself!

Called the Sawmill because its on property that is/was a sawmill.
But its actually pretty tame for the most part. Do have some BIG stuff for the buggy guys and a couple obstacles here and there but otherwise a more mellow time for a more built rig.
Fun is the snow tho!

We are getting way off topic here from the original "hello" thread but that's just what they call it.
I thought it was Ok for the most part, but I saw it beat the hell out of a few Xterras trying to fit where they were not designed to. It hear its a 100 acres so there is something for everybody there. I've been there twice and I doubt I seen anywhere close to that.
