Good call Mark, I didn't even think of a t-case lowering kit as the culprit. I guess I wasn't too far off with my original thinking of it being a potential lift-related issue.

It's super easy to do,
2 BOLTS AND ONE STUD ON EACH SIDE.
2 BOLTS AND ONE STUD ON EACH SIDE.

doesnt the exhaust manifold and fuel line get in the way on the driver side? I have the 4L

NO,, But you should google how to or go on one of the other jeep sites and find out how to change the mounts.
If the factory mounts look bad, look at a new one as they are sloppy also so don't change them for nothing.

I started changing the mounts but couldn't get the stupid bolt holes to line up after... after a day and a half of swearing and yelling this weekend i just dropped it off at the dealership to have the mounts placed. I feel defeated but I gave it the college try. I think my engine was sitting back to far. That my excuse.
