Hey guys, my name is Nick Carney... Ryan grabbed me from over on Jeep Forum. On again/ Off again member on Baystate Jeepers since '04. First with my '01 Cherokee and more recently with my '04 Rubicon. I'm a FF in North Reading and lived there until I recently bought a house over in Wilmington. Yes, I like the Rubi, but I really miss my Cherokee.....

Figured this was the way Ryan did his, might as well do the same
Jeep: 2004 TJ Wrangler Rubicon
Engine: Inline 6
Transmission: 3550 w/ UCF LoPro mount
Transfer Case: NP241J
Front Axle: Dana 44, factory locker, RCV shafts, Riddler Cover, ZJ Tie Rod
Rear Axle: Stock Rubi rear D44
Gearing: 4.10 front & back
Suspension: DPG Offroad suspension with OME Coils/Shocks, JKS BL/MML, JKS track bars F/R, JKS adj. Control Arms all around
Tires: 35x12.5 Pitbull Rocker Radials
Wheels: 15x8 Aluminum Wheels
Recovery: Warn M8000 w/ steel line, all the accessories to go with
Armor: Kilby front and rear bumpers, Kilby Steering Box Skid, TNT Customs Tube Fenders, TNT Rockers, TNT Full Corners, TNT Tire Carrier, UCF 3/8 transfer case skid (ultra high clearance)
Accessories: On Board Air, Tools, First Aid, and malfunctioning CB.....

No Pictures of it with the Dk machine grey paint & red wheels. Probably going to all flat black in the spring.

Welcome! It's funny, I used to have a '98 black Cherokee, and I still miss the hell out of it.

Yeah, the cherokee is VERY missed.... Also had a DPG Offroad hybrid suspension, plus some other goodies like C-Rok F/R bumpers and tire carrier and 35's at the end. I will build another one someday, if I could find a white two door.

I just worked with Sean yesterday at the FD. We have been slooooowly modding his Silverado. Just the basics for now though. Leveling kit, push bar, HIDs and some rigid led lights on the bar.

Glad to see you here, Nick! Can't wait to see pics of your rubi with the T&T tubes. I've been drooling over them forever but have yet to see them in person.

FYI - we are doing a trail run next weekend in Weare, NH if you'd like to come out with us!

I love the tube fenders and corners, but if I had it to do again I would go aluminum. Plus the company I had refinish them with industrial primer didn't etch them enough and in certain spots they are looking pretty crappy. I will most likely be yanking them and re-welding the seams, then using chassis saver as a new primer/base coat. Next weekend sounds fun, but I have a ton of little stuff that needs to be done before inspection time at the end of the month. I will see where I am at near the end of the week, I have some spare time since my only 24 hr shift is Wednesday.
