Rear Bucket Seat Fabrication

So Jarret and I have been discussing for months the necessary parts to build him a rear seating arrangement comprised of 2 bucket seats instead of the bench. Reason being is that he wants to bring his kids in the Jeep without worrying about the backlash in an emergency/accident situation since there is no neck support. The build that we're going to be following was done by a man previously, but also was recently popped up again on JeepForum from another guy that did the same thing but with one seat.
