So I picked up new tires and wheels today. Tires are Maxxis Trepador competition stickies, 37x12.50. Wheels are the 17" Spyderlock beadlocks at 3.5" backspacing. I used Doctor Wheels down in Yarmouth for drop shipping, they've done a bit of work for me in the past and have always been cool with letting me drop ship larger items there since my apartment in Somerville isn't the best place to set things on the front porch. These will be strictly a trail tire, towed to the trailhead in my 5x8 enclosed trailer. Anyway...on to the shameless Jeep porn:

This shows the inside of the lock ring. Note the grooved design to prevent the tire slipping under torque.

5x8 enclosed trailer. Will be pulling wheels/tires, generator, welder, compressor, plasma cutter, tools, spare parts.
