The only reason why I moved it to the bottom in the first place, was that it's friggin' huge! I wish we could select the height, but there isn't an admin option for that for some reason.

Completely agree. I know you'd moved it down cause of the size, but I do think we should try it up top a little longer to get some use from it. Or.... maybe get an external chat room service in the side bar like it was on the old site?
