Andrew- swap the videos to "Unlisted" instead of private. Just so you can only see them if you have a link. As they're set now, nobody can watch. I don't have a ton more pics, but I'll see what I do have.

Did everyone have trouble in rock garden?

Nope, just me.

I needed like another inch or two of clearance (I'm only about a 2" lift in the back with 32s) and got hung up on a boulder on my axle-tube that was acting like a jack as I drove forward, threatening to tip me back over the ledge (while between two very large boulders.)

Wow Geoff, that was a good sized boulder. Is everything ok with jeep ?

ha ha, yup. My exhaust got a little pancaked and my oil pan has a good dent in it, but Ryan was an *excellent* spotter and got me out with my sheet metal entirely unscathed.

I have a couple pics of the damage that I'll have to upload at some point.

Wow, I really did get hung up a *lot*.

And it's not even my suspected rake. In the last video I hit my rear diff, and the oil pan/exhaust/leading-edge of my skid are far enough forward that compressed rear springs wouldn't really be affecting them.

....looks like I will definitely be investing in this sometime in the coming years:





Investing in a flat skid might be worth thinking about as well...

I stil can't believe I made it up the hill with almost bald tires and I didn't air down at all!

I don't know if it were luck, but i went up that hill without a problem whatsoever without a spotter.

Eh, it wasn't much, just a bit of dentage. No "damage" persay.

It was just those couple extra inches of clearance that you've got over me that made the difference. Had my skid not gotten caught on that boulder, I would have cleared it with no issues.

(Drive experience has something to do with it as well, I assume. I'm still relatively new to this.)

I'm just messing with you, I agree with you, install a skid or two.
I must have just got lucky going up that.

This looks like a sick run, and I'm bummed I missed it. I rarely work weekends, but that was one of them. Next time!
