I bought Rampage rear tire carrier bumper January 2011. The safety latch had a cable attached to it that secured it to the bumper so you can loose the safety latch. It broke back in the spring and I finally just emailed Rampage and asked if I could buy one. They do not offer the part on their site. They returned the email quickly and asked if they could get a pic for their records and the receipt. They said they don't need the receipt but do need an address. I sent the pic and my Amazon receipt. A couple days later UPS delivered the new part - free of charge.

I can't say enough about Rampage. I never expected the part for free and I never expected Rampage to be so responsive. This is a company I will do business with again. I couldn't be happier. Be sure to check out Rampage products for your 4x4.

I would just like to say that I have just purchased the frameless top for my TJ....pics to come soon...She is sitting in the garage in the comfy 75ish air awaiting the morning so I can put her on....I may not sleep tonight!!!!!

I got one of them frameless tops sitting in my living room as well! Came in Monday, can't wait to put it on!

Not yet, it'll be going on by Sunday the latest. Just waiting for the weather to be decent so I can lay it out in the sun.
