Hello everybody, I am looking into opening a 100 acre multi terrain site within 90 minutes of Boston with an average entrance price of $25 per veichle, looking for feedback to see if there is an interest out there.

That would be awesome - I know there is a big demand for a place like that near Mass because we have such few places to legally wheel

This would be phenomenal. I think making it within an hour would net you a bit more attendance, but that's just being picky. I'm not sure what land availability is. Laid out well with rated trails and maps, there's a huge market for that kind of thing. With Rausch 8 hours away, the park in Maine 2-3 hours away, all we really have is MaBell, OFR, and Manadnock for challenging stuff. Easy stuff is easy to come by.

Really look forward to hearing more about this. If there's anything we can do as a club to give ideas/help be sure to let me know.

I am in for this as well. We need a place like this closer to us.

Something an hour or so from north east mass would be great.
