Anyone have a set of inexpensive tires? Vandalism :(
Hi all!! Tim's truck was heavily vandalized last night. Three tires were slashed - they are 255/70/15. Because It's going to be a lot of time and money to get her back on the road (all the glass was smashed, door kicked in, lights out, etc.), we really can't spend a lot on the tires right now. She's not a Jeep but a sweet truck worthy of bringing back. His American flag was destroyed too . People are jerks. Please let me know if you have a set of tires - that will fit - that you'd like to sell. Unfortunately we just sold the rims/tires we took off the LJ. Thank you!
**just realized..... this may belong in another section? I'm still learning!! Sorry if this doesn't belong in wrenching. It's been a "wrenching" sort of day, though....
Also realized...I posted them as 225 -- they are 255. What a day!

People do indeed suck. I hate to profit off of your misfortune but I've got a complete set of 235/75/15 Goodyear Wrangler SR/As mounted on Jeep steel wheels. The spare is the same size and also a Wrangler (but not an SR/A and isn't mounted). All have about 65-70 percent tread depth, no plugs or patches, and have been stored indoors since taken off. I'm looking for $225 for all five.

Moved this to the "Wanted" section.
So sorry to hear about the tires. I had tires to my sedan slashed a few years ago. Dumbasses cut 3 of them so there was no hope of salvaging even a pair. I just gave away my last hanging-around set of 15" tires, but good luck. Craigslist may have something.

Hi Nick, sorry to hear of your loss.
You might give LKQ auto parts in Candia a try, formerly called Car World.

Hi!! Thank you but I realized I posted 225 -- but they are 255 so we need larger than what you have. Sorry for that - it's been a hell of a day!!

I have a set of 5 with wheels on my parts vehicle. I dunno the size off hand unfortunately, but I'll find out tonight for you. Are you looking for wheels and tires already mounted? Might that be easier for you? I know you said it's not on a Jeep, but what I have are on Jeep wheels. Ideally, I'd get rid of them together as a set. Anyway, I'll get back to you on the size, but if you're replacing all 4/5 you should be able to move up or down a size or two without issue.

No problem, good luck with everything. I saw the photo online and my previous statement stands: people suck.

Not sure if you are still looking but I'll have the stock Sahara 18" and Duelers 255/70/18 with 25k on them. I'll let them go for a song. Previous deal fell through and the wife wants them gone.
