New to the Forum!
Hey guys!
My names Pat and I'm new to the forum. I finally got my baby on the road this past May after she pretty much sat in the same place needing repairs for a couple years. I live in Woburn, MA and have been out by myself on some mild trails on upper Cape but want to do some more serious trails providing my Jeep can handle it. Hoping to get in on a run before the seasons over! Thanks for having me.

Thanks for the welcome everyone.
Ryan M. I live on Russel Street a mile up from four corners. Are you in the area?
Mark. That's right, I have her on 31s but that's all I've been able to do to make it any more capable. I learned my lesson putting the money into her as she is doomed for the junkyard after thousands in repairs that won't last. But I'm already looking for my next jeep which will have a bright future.

That's a damn shame...I'm guessing a rotting frame? That destroyed my '01 sahara as well....

That's right, the infamous R word. I had her welded up but it isn't going to last. Had I known what I do now I wouldn't have fixed the transmission or done any of the many other repairs. I would've parted it and bought a newer Jeep. You live and you learn though. At least if I mess up while learning to work on it I don't care as much as I would with a nice new Jeep.
